The Vale, Acton
We were appointed to this project by a long-serving client of ours, Michael Brady London Ltd. This project consists of 11 beautifully modernised apartments, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms per apartment. There is bicycle storage, refuse and amenity also located in the basement. This project incorporated a Metsec frame to the External Wall with a sacrificial wall placed in front of this to accommodate services and hide concrete column details. All internal walls, wall linings & suspended ceilings and associated bulkheads were constructed by Higgins Plastering Ltd. All apartments were given a neat plaster finish which can be seen in the associated photos.
