Imperial 2, Bromley By Bow
Imperial 2 is the first phase of a major mixed use development scheme by Guinness Partnership. We have been appointed as the Dry Lining contractor by Henry Construction Projects Ltd. Here we have provided a substantial amount of value engineering options to ensure our bid was the most competitive. This phase of the project consists of five blocks holding a total of 500 apartments. To ensure deadlines are met we will be working in multiple blocks at once. As seen in the photos we are now closing up Block A and finishing with tape & joint.
