Kensington Square
Kensington Square We have been appointed to this project by Michael Brady London Ltd. This project will consist of the redevelopment of the existing office space to accommodate an elderly care facility. The proposal comprises of 40 Nr specialist patient rooms and social facilities. All internal walls, wall linings & suspended ceilings form part of our scope, we are also in negotiations to secure the Screeding package and also some minor Rendering works. This project is a British Gypsum specification and it will receive a Tape & Joint finish.
